Day one (WorkInProgress)

First Day operating. Surprised I got this web name to be honest. It's strange writing about a historical event. On one hand, it is like a retelling of past wrongs; yet, also like a recounting of previous triumphs. 

You know what I'm talking about, USA, my country tis of thee. It's this wound in the Earth opened by our greed & our need to survive:

My hope is that an Atlantic hurricane storm containing possibly at least 90 millions barrels of oil will not wash ashore...but hope isn't enough. The truth is more complicated. During the Exxon Valdez spill, a storm washed the area ashore and wiped out everything in its path with toxic sludge. During this crisis, I fear an even greater effect (fml moment plz)
